The Focus: Finding your foundation. In our opening week, we focused on the physical body and its connection to the ground beneath us. We used deep, resonant tones to mimic the frequency of the earth, helping to quiet the "chatter" of the mind and establish a sense of absolute safety.

The Practice: Recognizing that before we can rise, we must first belong to the ground.
Come home to your body. In Session 2, we move away from the noise of the mind and enter the wisdom of the physical self. This 60-minute Body Scan meditation is a deep dive into the "soma"—using sound and guided awareness to scan for held tension, stagnant energy, and hidden stress. By simply observing these areas without judgment, we allow the body to begin its natural process of release.
Let the light in. After grounding in Week 1 and releasing physical tension in Week 2, we now turn our focus to the center of your being. Session 3 is a 60-minute immersion into the energy of the heart. This soundscape is designed to help you dissolve emotional armor, invite in profound warmth, and align with your most radiant self.
This session is composed in E Major—often called the "Sunlight" key—specifically chosen to stimulate heart-opening and emotional clarity.
